School of Christian Mentoring & Coaching

Degree in Christian Mentoring & Coaching (30 credits)

This 10-course program equips lay leaders and pastors with mentoring and coaching skills essential for ministry. Each course blends theory with practical application, featuring readings, assignments, and weekly projects. Participants will develop interpersonal, leadership, and coaching abilities to empower others for growth and effective ministry.
