This 10-course, 10-week program equips lay leaders and pastors with the principles and skills to become biblical entrepreneurs. Drawing from Scripture and business best practices, students will learn how to develop ventures that align with God’s purpose. Each course includes biblical studies, leadership insights, financial literacy, and practical strategies for starting and sustaining businesses. The assignments combine theological reflection with real-world application.

CBE001: Foundations of Biblical Entrepreneurship (3 credits)

CBE002: The Entrepreneurial Calling in Scripture (3 credits)
Explore biblical figures like Joseph, Lydia, and the Proverbs 31 woman as entrepreneurial models. Prepare case studies and presentations on these figures’ qualities.
CBE003: Vision, Mission, and Business Planning (3 credits)
Craft a God-honoring business vision and strategic plan. Develop a draft mission statement and SMART goals for your venture.
CBE004: Leadership and Stewardship in Entrepreneurship (3 credits)
Learn Christlike leadership and financial stewardship principles. Interview a Christian business leader and write reflections on stewardship.
CBE005: Financial Literacy and Budgeting for Entrepreneurs (3 credits)
Build essential financial skills for managing a business. Develop a budget for your business idea, guided by biblical financial principles.
CBE006: Faith and Risk-Taking in Entrepreneurship (3 credits)
Balance faith with calculated risk in business ventures. Prepare a risk assessment and write about faith-driven decision-making.

CBM201: Introduction to Business Management (3 credits)
The course offers basic knowledge and understanding of business focusing on legal structure of business, management and organization, human behavior and labor relations, accounting and finance, marketing and sales promotions, as well as governmental regulations.
CEM260: Human Resources Management (3 credits)
Study covers human resource planning, recruiting, selection, and training. It also covers development of personnel policies and government regulations.
