California Secretary of State

Faith Theological University is owned by FAITH THEOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, incorporated in the state of California as a domestic nonprofit. The Articles of Incorporation were filed with the California Secretary of State on March 9, 2015. FTU has a governing board with legal and fiduciary responsibility to exercise appropriate oversight over institutional integrity, policies, resource development, and ongoing operations.
