business development and marketing professional with
over 17 years of experience in strategic marketing,
digital communications strategy, brand management,
global management, and international marketing. She
currently serves as the President of the interactive
Marketing Solutions, providing a
wide range of multimedia, Social Media, mobile
marketing, and New Media solutions to many industry
leaders across the US and Canada.
is successfully managing complex marketing and
business development operations, and a wide range of
projects in the areas of optimized online marketing
performance and efficiency, lead generation,
customer acquisition, brand development, and CRM,
providing strategic, consultative selling to her
direct clients and agency contacts.
Prior to her employment with eFocus Marketing
Solutions, she served as the National Advisor for
the Apollo Group, a Fortune 500 company and a
leading provider of e-learning workforce solutions
to many Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Companies and
industry leaders across the US.
Enders earned her Masterís degree in Marketing
Management at the University of Dallas, Graduate
School of Business and also holds an MBA in Global
Management from the University of Phoenix. She has
also earned a Bachelorís degree in Education, and a
dual Associate Degree in the Computer Science
specializing in Web Site Development & Multimedia
Technology. Natalie also holds 3 executive
certificates in international business development
and Global Management from Thunderbird University.
Professor Enders also serves as the Associate
Faculty at the University of Phoenix and the
Academic Coach with Instructional Connections, Inc.,
providing assistance with online class facilitation
and distance learning, grading, and curriculum
design to a wide range of leading academic
organizations across the US.
We are pleased to inform our students that
Professor Enders has designed two new courses
for the undergraduate and graduate students focusing
on social media communications in business
organizations. Students are encouraged
to take these new courses beginning April 2013.
